About the Event

During this video series I will walk you through the process of saying good-bye to the habit of smoking.  I will review techniques to eliminate or greatly reduce any urges or cravings for smoking.  I will support you along the way as your body flushes itself from the toxins and chemicals found in cigarettes.  And I will help you balance your body and celebrate as you open a new chapter in your life....completely smoke free!  

You'll have access to my smoking PDF files that have the techniques and tips for becoming and maintaining a smoke free livestyle.  You'll also have links to a private FB support group to help you stay on your path to being smoke free.  

This is such an important step to nurture yourself and begin a process of taking better care of your body and emotions.
